LATEST DELIVERY INFORMATION
Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays across their network. Staffing issues due to self isolation and social distancing, along with greatly increased parcel volumes are having an effect on their service. We apologise for these delays and advise you to allow extra time for your orders to be delivered. Unfortunately parcels are not considered as lost until 15 working days have passed by Royal Mail so we are unable to investigate until this time has passed
A signature is required upon delivery of all orders so you can order with confidence. If no-one is available at the delivery address the courier will leave a card with details of where your parcel can be picked up from.
Orders are dispatched from Monday-Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday or after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day
UK ORDERS
Standard Delivery - £3.95 or FREE on orders over £69.99
Delivery in 2-3 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays). On rare occasions delivery may take up to 5 working days.
Express Delivery - £5.95
Delivery in 1-2 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays) Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday-Friday
Next Day Delivery - £9.95
Delivery the next working day before 1pm (excluding weekends & bank holidays) Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday-Friday
Collect In-Store - FREE
Please note the following rules for Click&Collect under the current restrictions
A member of our team will call you to arrange an appointment for you to come and collect your order. Please remember this will be a strictly contactless service. Please do not turn up at the shop to collect your order before we have rang you as we will be unable to provide you with it under the current restrictions.
Collections will be available Monday-Friday between 11am and 3pm, no collections will be available outside of these times.
This service is strictly a collection service, orders cannot be returned at the door, these can only be returned by post or returned to the shop when we are permitted to re-open
When you attend the store please ring us to notify us of your arrival, a member of our team will bring your order to you, we ask that you observe social distancing guidelines for your safety and ours.
Please do not travel to the store until you receive your order is ready to collect confirmation and have received a call from our team. Orders can take up-to 1 working day to be ready for collection
Please note that orders not collected within 14 days will be cancelled and a refund issued

We hope you love your new Donaghys purchase however if you are not satisfied for any reason we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. When returning an order we will only refund the price of the goods and not the postage unless the goods are damaged or faulty. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights
Goods must be unworn and also in their original packaging (ie the box not to be destroyed or defaced). When returning items please put them back in the protective mail bag you received them in or alternative mail bag. If the shoes or box come back to us and are not fit for resale we have the right to refuse a refund.
We recommend that you use recorded delivery. Donaghys are not responsible for any goods damaged or lost in transit
Any order returning more than 2 items will incur a £3.95 restocking charge for every item returned after the 2nd item which will be deducted from the refund amount. This applies to orders returned in-store or by mail.
UK ORDERS
Orders under £69.99 - Customer is responsible for return postage costs
Orders over £69.99 - Free returns, please affix the R48 label from your order to your parcel. If this is missing from your parcel please just email us at info@donaghys.co.uk and we will be happy to send you a replacement
Order's can also be returned to our Banbridge Store in person - This service is temporarily unavailable due to local Covid Restrictions
