Returns

We offer a free UK returns service for all offers over £39.99. At present this service is only available in the UK. Its quick and easy, just place the items you intend to return in a protective wrapping or a plastic bag, stick the returns label on and pop it into a post office. This free service is based on a maximum of two pairs returned. You can return more than two pairs but they will incur a £3.95 restocking charge for every pair after the second pair returned. 
 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us you have 14 days to claim a refund or an exchange from the date you receive your order. When returning UK orders under £39.99 we will only refund the price of the goods and not the postage charge unless the goods are damaged or faulty.   When returning goods they must be unworn and also in their original packaging (ie the box not to be destroyed or defaced). If the shoes have come back to Donaghys and are not in good condition or not fit for resale Donaghys have the right to refuse a refund. If your order is supplied with a box this must also be returned in condition fit for resale.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  You must have proof of purchase to retain a refund, which will be your receipt.  When returning goods we would recommend that you use recorded delivery as you can track the delivery. Donaghys are not responsible for goods that are lost in the post or missing.  When returning make sure to complete the returns form correctly.   Donaghys will not charge a handling fee for returning items.  
 
CHRISTMAS GIFTS - if a purchase is for a Christmas gift, you have up to Wednesday 4th January 2017.

When returning items please put them back in the protective wrapping you received them in or a plastic bag will do. Returns received in the condition below will not be refunded and will be posted back to the customer.
  
 
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a purchase that is unsuitable please complete the returns form which has been provided to you within the shoe box or contact us via telephone or email.  
 
Delivery’s

Once the payment for your goods has been cleared we will then dispatch your goods for delivery.  If the goods happen to be out of stock we will advise you through email and issue a refund right away. Shoes being delivered may not be boxfresh due to being tried on in the shop.
