Our store re-opened on 12th June. We have extensive safety measures in place in-store and ask that you abide by any guidance given to you by staff while visiting our store for your safety.
We would like to reassure our customers that there is no expiry date on our vouchers and we will be happy to accept them once we re-open. If you have a gift voucher and would like to use this online in the meantime please let us know to email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you
All in-store returns for items bought after Thursday 12th March will be accepted in-store for the period of 7 days when we re-open
As it stands, our website remains uninterrupted and you can continue to shop with us online 24/7 from the comfort of your home.
All orders are processed and packaged using the strictest hygiene standards.
We continue to ship orders Monday through Friday in the UK and Ireland via Royal Mail and DPD. Both couriers are now using a contactless delivery system for your safety. Please note that there may be slight delays to the delivery process as companies adjust to new measures
