Returns

Should you be unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 28 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging (i.e. box) along with proof of purchase. Returns can also be taken back to our store in Banbridge along with proof of purchase. If the returned item is received in an unsatisfactory condition not fit for resale we retain the right to refuse refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. The costs of postage for returns are not covered by Donaghy’s shoes unless the item is deemed to be faulty. We ask that you use recorded delivery for returns as Donaghy’s cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Donaghys will not charge a handling fee for returned items.

Delivery

Once payment has been cleared your goods will be dispatched. We will advise you of this by e mail. If the item you ordered is out of stock we will advise you of this by e mail and issue a refund. Shoes delivered to you may not be box fresh due to being tried on in our shop.

Security and Payment

All transactions on this website are processed securely through Realex payments. Donaghy’s may contact your bank or card issuer if we suspect the transaction to be fraudulent. This may cause a delay in processing and dispatching your order, but is done in the customers best interests. Donaghy’s reserve the right to decline an order if we believe the transaction to be fraudulent.

Pricing and Tax

All prices shown are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any VAT payable in the UK. Should a product be listed at an incorrect price due to a typing error or incorrect information from our suppliers Donaghy’s reserve the right to cancel, refuse or decline any orders listed at the incorrect price whether the order has been confirmed or not. Prices quoted on this web store are for internet sales only.
